Why did I only receive part of my order?

Because we have two locations and some products are only kept in one location, if you purchase items that are from different warehouses, you will receive 2 separate packages. Be assured that all items purchased will be delivered. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to Contact us. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. 

How much does domestic shipping cost?

We charge $4.99 for the first item + $1.50 per each additional product added to that order shipped domestic and $7.50 for the first item + $5.95 per each additional product to the rest of the world.

When do orders ship?

Shipments are processed Tuesday and Thursday, except for US national and government holidays. While we strive to have all orders received during business hours processed the same day as much as possible.  Otherwise, shipments are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow a full 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

The tracking link in my shipment confirmation email does not work, why?

If you received an order shipment confirmation, then good news, your package is en route to you. Your tracking number will be attached to your email delivery confirmation link contained, please allow at least 24-48 hours for the delivery confirmation link to be properly updated by the shipping carrier. Sometimes they need a day or so for their systems to update.
